What is your Shipping Policy?
We have a fifteen dollar ($15.00) minimum order on all Canadian shipments (not including shipping fees) and a thirty dollar ($30.00) order on all international shipments (not including shipping fees). We roast to order only. We ship daily, Monday to Friday. All orders will be shipped within 48 hours of the time they are placed. Our standard shipping method is Canada Post Expedited.
How much is Shipping?
Shipments within Ontario are $7.00, out-of-province within Canada are $10.00 and to the USA is $15.00. Total shipping charges are visible before proceeding to PayPal.
What is your Return Policy?
Bona Fide Coffee Co. does not accept returns on roasted coffee. It is our commitment to provide the highest quality product. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com or 416.509.1628 and we will find a suitable replacement for you.
What is your Payment and Cancellation Policy?
Our e-commerce website processes payments immediately upon submission. Orders can be cancelled at no cost to you provided the item has not been shipped. Contact us if you decide to cancel an order. Your account will be credited for the full amount when a cancelled item has not yet shipped. If the item has shipped, you will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning the item to us. For items that are cancelled after they are shipped, your account will not be credited until we receive the returned item.
What methods of Payment are available?
We are currently using Paypal to process orders through our secure on-line server. If you do not have a PayPal account, we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. This option is available on the PayPal site once directed to PayPal.
The collection of personal information by Bona Fide Bean Coffee Co. is limited to what is necessary to process and ship your order. Bona Fide Coffee Co. is committed to protecting your privacy.
